Inventions happen out of necessity. Early in his career, Seamless Gutter Corporation founder Robert “Bob” Carter, Sr., had a busy window manufacturing business. Builders weren’t installing windows during the first quarter of the year, so Bob asked his customers what they needed during those months. The answer: pre-painted, no leak gutters—without seams.
Bob located one of the few “seamless” gutter roll formers in existence and began making the now familiar K-Style gutters out of prefinished aluminum. Today, the modern home owner couldn’t imagine their home’s exterior without them.
Established in 1963, the original Seamless Gutter Corporation (now SGC Exteriors) has grown into a thriving family-owned business, still listening to its customers and finding the right exteriors solution for the best value. Using exciting design, durable materials and dependable, professional service, SGC Exteriors can show you how new siding, windows, doors and guttering systems can really add performance and beauty to your home.
